Which one has the highest last hit rate? i seem to miss last hits quite often with assemblies but maybe it's because i'm not using them right?

It's the best but if enemy have some decent lasthitting skill you will lose, so I only recommend you to use it when you get a free lane or your enemy is dumb.
Also get quelling blade if you are melee.
