Error Hardware Locked

it means u used your account on different pc it will be gone after 1 hour.

using ur account on other pc. is possible but no at the same time. u need to wait 1 hour before u can use it on other pc.

but, im only using my pc. everytime i restart my pc, its like that. everytime

Please change your password and auth key. someone might have access to your account.
