Didnt subscribe yet but cant test?

i havent subscribed but tried to download app and do all the processes and went in demo hero mode for skywrath after downloading the database for it, even after pressing f7 it wont show me any commands

works now in demo hero but showing vac error while finding matches
after subscribing it will go?

Restart Steam./ Close all process of steam. after start ensage first. then Steam.
