Build for Ensage

Hey guys how you all doing, just here wanting to hear you all out.

Long story short...i'm going to USA and want to upgrade my PC, we all know that ensage is cpu dependant.

My specs are as follows:

i5-4460
GTX1060 6GB
16GB Ram ddr3
HDD

What i'm going to do is get a SSD for faster read and writes, but i want to upgrade my CPU...which one you guys can recommend so i can see no fps hits using ensage?... would like to play at 144fps if possible.

i7, good cooler, mb liquid and overclock it.

great but which i7? 4470k 7770? maybe by november well have the 8th gen? which one would you think its enought for this.....
