dota 2 crash or freez

hi after this Ensage update i tryed to ply but every time i click on find math and game has been find . dota 2 crash or game become freez and i get time ban cause of 3 time in a row ! dota 2 wont let me to reconect the game or click on accept !! whats going on !!

i really want to use my ensage can any body help me ?
