Dota freezes, sometimes steam freezes after loading Ennola

Dota freezes after from 10 seconds to 10 minutes, steam freezes from one time to another. After each freeze i kill steam via task manager, but when i will try to run steam again in most cases he is freezes again. Only worked (almost in all cases) way to start steam with ensage for me - is exit from user and after enter back. But in the end it not helped at all, because dota is freezes. Looks like problems was started after second updates with removing mmr sysyem (which was be around hour later after wiping mmr update)

And it's absolutely not a conflict of different assemblies, because all except required is disabled.
