This message appears immediately upon entering the game after approximately 2-5 minutes.

    New anti cheat, they have to detect it first and see if their protection is working.
    So you can

    1 wait until they are sure their protection is working.

    2 go to the settings of your loader and select " Disable Ennola Kill" then you can play right now, but there is a minal risk that you can be banned if you do that.
