Terminated User Process!

Hi guys, recently i've been re-install my windows with all my program inside it. after i install ensage and dota again i encountered this problem. although i tried to start dota from "START DOTA2" button on ensage, this things keep appearing. please help guys.

and i dont have razer synapse app in my windows, this is fresh installed windows.

    Try running loader, then steam, then click dota 2 on steam and not ensage loader. This message pops up if it doesnt find your game folder, once you click dota 2 on steam, close it then try loding game from the loader.

    hi, tried l running the loader, then steam. Then when I click steam, dota 2 game appears without pop-up message, when I click run dota 2 on loader, it says only one instance can be open, terminated again
