Assembly Request - Ring of Aq toggle so enemy misses CS

So, the assembly would be very simple. Basically,

setting for if you want aq off after hero attacks or just to leave on and manually turn off

if < 10 minutes into the game:
if enemy hero near me in backswing
aq on
else if enemy hero not in back swing && disable aq on
aq off

For aq on/off, make sure it does not toggle, and actually checks if its on/off.
