Icons on menu not showing up

The skill/item icons on the menu are all blank it's been like this the last few weeks but it's really annoying now

    You need to download the textures. Are you on Windows 7?

    Ah I downloaded a windows update from a thread here for same issue and thought it didn't fix it but after restarting PC it did fix it.

    Thread can be closed, sorry.
