Dota 2 freezes on startup helplessly

Just sits on the very first screen with dota 2 logo not doing anything. Window stays topmost. Can't alt+tab, cant alt+f4. Only restart helps. Or killing dota process by looking in alt+tab preview.
Without nsage launches correctly.
