How to turn off auto rune pick up?

Auto rune pick up can be annoying, esp if you're using spirit breaker.
How do I turn it off?

auto pick rune is snatcher disable it and also same goes to item manager if ur using it there are settings in there you can disable it.
What is "item manager" for? What does it do?
