cant open loader

i dont know what to do ,install always fail/crash at 80%
im using windows 7 64 bit ultimate

is the problem on your computer about .net framework not ensage.

nope im using .net fm 4.7.1

i have already done that , turn off antivir/uninstall it

i don't know what happen but somehow it work =_=

your clr is corrupted that's why it's not working cause ensage use net framework and clr is part of .net and reinstalling ur net framework will solve it.
