Refund for a subscription bought an hour ago

Hello, I've been using ensage for months. Just an hour ago, I renewed my subscription for 1 month. Upon opening dota, I discovered my main account got banned. I no longer have the interest to play on a new account since my main has been there for several years, it broke my heart.. I ask respectfully if there's a possibility to get a refund? I just bought a 1 month subscription an hour ago. Hoping for a reply.
