how do i get unlimited game limits

i just started using ensage like an hour ago and now everytime i try to use it it says game limit reached

    It will not work, because you did chargeback.

    Owww....now I understand. Yeah, well there was a transaction from someone it didn't said Ensage, so i had no ideea what im paying for. Now i remember. Im really sorry for the inconviniance. I will get it again. So sorry.
