Reinstall .netframework 4.2

i cant install 4.2 because I have the newest netframework sad

reinstall the new .net 4.7

Its done into 4.7.2. I search a lot and it says that the c++ code of the program has space thats why windows cant load the library.. hope it will be fixed

but for others it works.
