BUYING SUBSCRIBTION WITHOUT USING CREDIT IN PAYPAL [HELP]

trying to buy subscibtion using my paypal balance but it requires a credit card/debit card. but i dont have. last ensage i bought using Ticket or whatever is that . could someone help me this problem wanted to buy 1 month sub (Y)

Set your paypal balance as a primary payment method, another words, set your balance your preffered payment method. Your welcome.
