Purchasing Premium Membership

Hi, tried to purchase premium membership through my mastercard and visa card but none of them go through. I've tried it several times and followed the master/visa payment methods properly but to no avail. Error3 keeps popping up during verification of my payment through these cards.

Both the cards are proven okay for purchasing or paying online, i.e. steam and online selling websites like amazon, lazada, etc... IDT there's a problem with my bank.

Please advise what needs to be done. TIA.

We can't do anything with that because, it's not related to us. We using Payment provider.
