Can you please use normal Windows, for example Windows 10? so there's no such error like this.
Windows 7 is not normal ?? most of computer shop and home pc's is on windows 7 especially for gaming purpose.

If you have Windows 7
1.You need Install all Updates from Windows Update Center
2. Install https://download.microsoft.com/download/0/6/5/0658B1A7-6D2E-474F-BC2C-D69E5B9E9A68/MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi
3. Reboot PC
