How to reduce fps drop

Can someone help or give me tips to make my game not in 15 to 5 fps ? My normal is 70 fps.. And I notice last evening when using ensage my fps got like 60 to 50 fps and its okay but now in the morning its back to 15 to 10 fps. I'm using techies annhilation, evader, vision control and bodyblocker.
