fps lag all of sudden

has anyone experience FPS lag like all of sudden? like 2 hours ago it was ok. and suddenly it was. fps down to 20 and below. things i did .

1. reinstall ensage
2. updated drivers

tried to find ways to slowly ellimate assemblies. seems like problem remains. the only time if i dont have fps lag is that theres no assemblies at all.

problem solved. it was an issue with my computer cpu core high temperatures that result in fps lag.
