Game Crash Problem

Hello dear users, we are aware of the game crash problem. This game crash occurs for some users. The problem is that we don't have this crash, but you can help us with that.

We need crash dumps, they are: steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64

For me this files is dota2_2019_0128_030318_0_accessviolation.mdmp

Please send here only last crash dumps, other messages will be deleted.

After we fix the problem, users who have encountered this crashes will be able to receive compensation. So save screenshots and dumps!

Try to use DX9, for some people it helps.

Temporal Solution:
1. Install this version https://data.playsharp.com/releases/loader/1531397614919-update-0.4.8.2.exe
2. Copy Config from new Loader 4.9.17 to this Loader 4.8.2
and do not upgrade to the new version
3. Use Loader 4.8.2
