Can we move our Dota items after getting banned in dota?

Just asking in case we get banned, our items are tradable etc. or else like vac ban we cant move our items like CSGO VAC BANS. Or is it just Ranked/UNranked matchmaking bans?

if you get matchmaking ban you can trasnfer items. If you will get VAC = you can't. We have Anti-Vac, but they can manual ban matchmaking.
