based on your question, they can compensate your sub what runs out if there will be a reason.
Idk why we are not getting compensation, according to my timezone GMT 00.00 I play after my work and it wasn't working so I don't understand why am i not getting the compensation for it, I've been a subscriber for almost 6 months now

Answer based on type of question. For some question like payment only can reaply payment guy. There some question for example about problem with Ensage start, they not reply.
I have opened ticket at January 19, no response even today. I have fixed problems tho. xD
I made a ticket in 2018 somewhere in the summer, it's 2019 close to summer still no reply
