HELP Needed

Hello , i just buy this application and after instaled i got this error :

Aplication Error / Canot find `MSVCP140.dll` re-install this aplication

i did many time, and also i reinstalled dota 2 time.

Please some help or any sugestion ?

Tnx, i downloaded and istalled manual Visual C++ , that was the problem.
