Help me fix it

hello i got issues with plugins. (everytime i pick terrorblade , sniper) they use abilities when I click rightclick.
How to switch it off? and which assemblies doing this?

It could be auto usage, item manager or any other assembly similar to this. Else you can disable each assembly until you get it what does that.
