where to install msvcp140.dll

I am getting missing MSVCP140.dll
I downloaded it and copied in C:/windows/System32 as well as in the ensage.exe file folder too
But the error persists. I even downloaded visual c++ redistributable 2015 which has MSVCP140.dll in it.
