today my balance was deducted from my paypal account which i did not activate for my renew subscribtions i would like to dicactivate and cancel my subscribtions

you can cancel auto payment in your paypal account. It's not Ensage fault, it's paypal enable auto payment for you. So cancel it in your paypal bills and it will not charge money anymore.
