Stuck on loading screen.

After the latest:

Dota 2 (Matchmaking Update)
and
Steam Client update ( 1565057304)

Dota 2 is stuck on loading screen. I have waited few minutes and this Ensage window appeard

Is there a quick fix for that or i'll have to wait for Ensage update ?

restart pc.
