How to improve on Dota2?

Hey, I have some questions about lol, I mean,
I started playing league in April and I've stuck in the guardian league and I have no idea what can I do. I was reading a lot of guides articles, I'm watching streams and youtube's pro gamers all the time, I even took dota 2 coaching, and I am still so baaaaaad, that game is too hard;/

What should I do, what're your best practices?
