Error while loading

Game is just crashing when I load ensage, and a few times I got a message about something like this:

"Instruction 0x7f2233eee referenced to memory at 0xffffffff could not be read" or something similar.

Already tried reinstalling, restarting pc, updating everything. Please help

Yes, we aware of this problem you use Windows 7? if yes you can upgrade to Windows 10 or just wait till we fix that.

Ohh gotcha. Yeah im currently using windows 7. So windows 10 will resolve that? I might upgrade

Yes on Windows 10 it works fine.
