Windows7 Ensage stop working after dota update

After last update of dota2 - ensage stop working, game crash even without loaded assembly.
Are you will be provide compensation days for downtime and when will be fix?

Please didnt offer me to install windows10, because its trash.

Windows 10 is not trash. Update. It's much better than Win 7. Upgrade and then download Spybot Anti Beacon. You're welcome.

We using latest technologies, so there is reason why it not works now on windows 7. We working on it, but no ETA.
