How-to Create Clean Smurf Account

Manual written by my friend Maxim Kotwicki.

1. Clean your computer using Reg Organizer.
   Download, run. Go to the list of installed programs: https://i.imgur.com/5UXE7RX.png
   Find Steam, click with the left mouse button, and select "uninstall a program": https://i.imgur.com/RdJBnDU.png
   First, Steam will be removed by standard method, then the Reg Organizer will conduct an additional check for remain files/data and offer to clean them. You need delete those files too.
2. Change the MAC address.
   Download https://technitium.com/tmac/ or any similar software what can change mac address
   Install, run software.
   After opening the program, it will offer to associate with a certain type of files-agree or refuse, there is no difference.
   Next we see a list of available networks: https://i.imgur.com/3Z1oiAr.png
   Select each one in turn, click "random MAC address" and " change now !".
   We need to do that with all connections.
   In some connections, you can't change it-skip it.
3. Remove cookies related to steam website from your browser.
4. Register a new account on the New E-mail, don't use temporary E-mail services.
5. The old number cannot be linked to the account.

After changing my MAC Address, I lost connection to my internet. Any help?

@Azny. You will need to contact your ISP and let them know that you are with a new MAC address. They will need to add the new MAC address in their system. After that, you will be able to connect.

changing the MAC address of his network interface card wouldn't cause his internet not to work. He would have to change the MAC address of his router for that to happen. Most likely has a MAC white list in router settings.

How to do this i try and nothing happen i dont like every new account start normal toxic as high varided garbage pool.
