No fix of ensage, no eta of fix and no moneyback - wtf?

    wtf? Im send request 26, today is 30 and no any reply?
    Im remember to all - hack stop working in around 1 October for all Win7 users and I have around month of subscriptions. Issue is confirmed, but no any fix or eta for fix. In additional and no reply on refund - wtf?
