Hello, Can I ask for a refund aliquote price because ENSAGE is still not working under Windows 7. Ensage stopped working 19 days before my subscription expired. I also ask for a refund in my BALANCE account as the ENSAGE program will obviously not be modified for windows 7. Thanks.

    The response from the Support Tickets was: “Unfortunately we cannot refund bank transfer payments, sorry.” So have a any idea how i get my money back? Fix ENSAGE on windows 7 or send me mine money what i have in BALANCE back please.

    you can wait for windows 7 fix or intall windows 10, there is No ETA for Windows 7

    I cant upgrade on win 10 its too much money for me coz i use PC in work too.
    I must have licenced all programs if i use win 10 i must reorder all my programs coz windows 10 dont suported
