Hi, I've been ensage user before but after the outlanders update, i quit dota already and then just now i came back to play it. Is it still worth it? Is banning quite often now?

If you have some paid scripts and if you will read guides, so there is pretty safe. I playing on account 3 month already without ban. Unsafe scripts like arc warden , will get you banned.

for skywrath you can get mannualy banned after reports.
