Error code 4

Hi sir. i jut need a little help. so i opened my loader, tapped Start DOTA2 then the game opens, then it said auth failed dont join a game .. blah blah blah. but i did'nt do anything to the game. i just let it be in the menu but still i recieve the same error. Its said Error code 4

and btw the game crashes after i close the error message. yeah.
