why I cannot install the TexturePack?

i cannot install the TexturePack into
'steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\materials'
this path.

I mean, every time I click the 'Install TexturePack' button and the ensage_ui file will install and then auto delete from this file.

can u guys fix this problem?

That's because you have problems with connection to github. You can try to use VPN
