Cant use any assembles (09K)

actually i cant see any plugins in game except ensage menu.

you need install them from github https://github.com/IdcNoob/O9K

When I click the install MSBuild button in Ensage, the window of MS visual studio installer pop out and disappeared in seconds. And I still cant install O9K assemblies
