No response on refund ticket

Hey admins,

It's been 3 days since I raised a ticket to request refund and there has been no traction on the same, could someone please have a look at my request? thanks in advance

    Only people in support can look for your refund, there is no point to create threads on forum.

    How much time does it usually take coz when I was active back then I did response in 1-2 days

    don't know sorry. I not have possibility talk with people who doing payment questions.
