Axe - Scepter Stops Auto-KS From Working

In pretty much every assembly with an auto-ks feature (Zaio, Ability#, etc.), Axe's auto-ks feature works fine until you purchase Scepter and then it will completely stop working. Would anyone be willing to look into this?
