Help some script that itself writes messages to the general chat in English how to stop it?

Most likely only u can see them, unless its some random assembly.

Is it one of the ones alerting team that xx is missing or about smoke or shadow blade etc?

Check in game what running to do with alerts or awareness and check those for inform team or ally settings
