well. for some reason ensage can't see my subscription and I am in normal mode. I am pretty sure I paid for June. Any help?

Admins, still not fixed and still not reply to ticket. I can't play, help. Btw sorry for posting here, should have posted in Help forum.
3rd day without subscription, 2 days without reply on ticket. Please admins, fix my subscription.
I had my ticket replied. Please be patient as it took approximately 4 days for the support team to reply!

It can take long time , because for sub or payment tickets can reply only Admins.
