    Restart your PC, and if it happens again - be sure to close razer synapse. It's known to cause problems and you may have to remove it completely.

    I do not have razer installed on my computer and
    Reboot did not help

    Ennola is still not updated which will close your game for your safety if you dont care about your account you can check the disable ennola kill.

    Open loader first - Steam - Loader Start Dota.
    create lobby with server not local host.
