LOADER PROBLEM HELP

Hey there,

I just subscribed for a week with Ensage but when I give in my auth key and try to log in this pops up... Can you please assist on how to solve this?

    also my steam shuts down when I open ensage loader ...

    now go on store page and press this button , and never post this key on forum , or some 1 can use it

    lunch ensage > lunch steam > press button on ensage to start dota
