last hitter risk levels

Is there anyway we can add risk levels to the current last hitter? The last hitter is easily the best feature ensage has that other Dota hacks can't compete with. What I mean is sometimes you are able to deny a creep but the last hitter will not in fear of missing a last hit. I'd much prefer it most times to just deny the creep and then try for the last hit. Can we add an option to just hit or deny the first available creep and not wait?

Anyone? Misses a lot of denies because of this.
