Enola not running

Steam run as admin.

i did still the same :/

i did exit all. restart pc still the same man

did u launch ensage - steam - ensage(start dota)?

problem fixed. just install some other microsoft tools then fixed

yeah kinda weird. when i installed the program first i uncheck others requirements. so i back to the program and reinstall it then fixed
